SM-7 Kimono Girl with Furoshiki Bundle

An unpainted 28mm metal miniature for $5.

She’s the “moga” (modern girl) on a budget, still dressed in a traditional kimono but sporting a stylish bob haircut. The fun of painting 1920s-1930s kimonos are the colorful options and stylish patterns you can create thanks to the influences of modern movements such as Art Deco! She carries a bundle fashioned from a furoshiki cloth, which was common before backpacks. This example is a resin prototype for illustrative purposes only.

Sculpted by Medusa Project.
