These troops are standing guard or sentry duty wearing the Meiji 45 (1912) uniform and are armed with the Arisaka Type 38 (1905) rifle with fixed Type 30 (1897) 16” bayonet.

Whether occupying Siberia, fighting in China or even the streets of Tokyo, our Taisho soldiers are ideal for all scenarios calling for Japanese troops in winter gear between 1912 and the 1930s.
