A set of two unpainted 28mm metal miniatures for $10.

Keiboudan were civil defense volunteers that supported police and fire services during air raids, trained civilians in defense, and in some circumstances, led civilian hunts for downed Allied airmen. Uniforms were privately purchased and an arm band denoted the member’s role. This pair has a Keiboudan member giving orders with a cardboard megaphone and another is demonstrating how to thrust with his bamboo spear. These can be used as bamboo-spear armed militia in popular war games, tabletop games or dioramas.

Painted examples are resin prototypes for illustrative purposes.
